How are orders delivered?

We deliver all orders via Post or Matkahuolto or, if desired, to your doorstep.

Can I make changes to an order or delete my order?

Unfortunately, once you place an order, you will no longer be able to make changes or cancel yourself. However, you have a 30-day customer return policy. You can find everything you need for a refund on our Exchange and Return page.

However, by contacting our customer service as soon as possible, we will be able to take any action you require, such as: failing to deliver a particular product, resizing or canceling your order if necessary.

How fast do I get the products I order?

We always strive to ship products as quickly as possible. “In stock” items are shipped in 1-4 business days. Some products have an exceptional delivery time, which is mentioned on the product card. For order products that are ordered separately from the supplier, the delivery time is approximately one week.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Orders can be picked up from:

Pick-up location is Egadgets Group office space at Karhumäentie 3, 01530 Vantaa. Open weekdays 8am – 3pm. If someone else is picking up the product, please let us know in advance. Office space is only a pick-up point and therefore cannot be used to pay for orders.

Can I order as a business? Can I get a discount if I order a lot of products?

You can also order as a company. Select “COMPANY” in the shopping cart and follow the instructions to continue ordering. Companies can also pay by invoice. If you would like an offer for a larger product quantity, we will be happy to do so. Then send a request for quotation to: [email protected]

I am not satisfied with the product or it does not meet my expectations, can I return it?

Is returns cost fee?

Return shipping is not free. The customer pays for the return of the order they cancel and ensures that everything
who comes with it is also back when you send it.
